This Privacy Policy explains how Davide Miron ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the AI Stylist mobile application (bundle ID: com.mirondavide.fitcheck, the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

When you submit content (e.g., a photo), it is sent over HTTPS to our first-party Cloudflare Worker proxy, which then calls Google's Gemini API on our behalf. The content is processed transiently — neither we nor Google store this content after the API call completes. Google's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

AI Stylist offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription billing is handled entirely by the respective platform and by RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your payment information. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Google: Play Store → Subscriptions).
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at davidemiron30@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
Because we do not store user-submitted content, there is no retention period for photos or prompts you submit. Aggregate analytics data is retained by Mixpanel and Statsig per their own retention policies. Crash data is retained by Sentry per its own retention policy. Subscription status data is retained by RevenueCat as required to manage your subscription.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data held by our sub-processors. To exercise any such rights, or to ask questions about how data is handled, contact us at davidemiron30@gmail.com. Because we do not store your submitted content, deletion requests related to that content are satisfied automatically (data is never retained).
We use HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit. Content you submit is never stored after processing. We follow industry-standard security practices in our server-side infrastructure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. For significant changes, we may provide in-app notice.
